Train ESP32-S3 wake-word models from an AI agent or a shell script. An MCP server for agents and a plain REST API for everything else — no account, no API key: the job token is the credential.
MCP server
One MCP server covers both engines; select this one with "engine": "microwakeword". Connect it to Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code and your agent can estimate word quality for free, train a model, pay for it and download the result. 13 tools, including a free library search and an in-chat live microphone test.
REST API
Base URL https://microwakeword.com/api/agent. Create a job to get a binding quote and a job token, pay by card, hosted crypto invoice, direct crypto or x402 USDC on Polygon, poll until completed, then download the quantized INT8 TFLite model with its ESPHome manifest.
Tiers and pricing
standard 1,750 credits (about 6 CHF, up to ~4h) suits almost every word; best 3,500 credits (about 12 CHF, up to ~7h) doubles the search effort for hard words; studio runs an Optuna deep search and is quoted per job. The quote returned at job creation is final, binding and free to request.
